Virgin Media has just announced they are cancelling the emails linked with them, giving just 45 days notice (and counting). So how can i update my NI account email? there seems to be no way i can do it myself online, since i get a message saying it cannot be done. So i assume some dept at NI will have to do it for me, but trying to find who to speak to, call, email is impossibloe and the AI system does not work … i am prevented from even putting in my name and email when trying to use it. In other words NI is making it as difficult as it can to prevent me from doing this, which is great to prevent someone from taking over my account, but bollocks when my email is about to be cancelled. If i can be given either an email, or phone number i would greatly appreciate it, thanks.
