I updated all my native instruments software yesterday and now Supercharger GT as well as the rest of the NI effects aren't loading in Pro Tools 2026 ultimate

This did not solve the problem. I had to manually uninstall every plugin by deleting around 10 folders from different locations for each plugin. Then I reinstalled and it worked. What happened to your customer service? I tried the ai bot chat, a complete fail. I tried contacting native instruments through instagram, fail. I commented on 3 posts and finally got some response as well as posting here. Why is it so convoluted to receive support? And then in the end I figured it out myself.
Hey there, if the chatbot is not able to find a workable solution it will gather all the necessary and will create a support request and will handle it to one of our support agents.
We found your messages on Instagram and this precise post where we replied. It made sense to forward you here to check our reply. Instagram comments is not the best place for troubleshooting. Usually only deleting the plugin files are necessary. Glad you managed to fix the issue.
