impossible to play tracks loaded in stem mode from the midi controller,

Hi everyone, once the tracks are loaded in stem mode, it becomes impossible to play them from the midi controller, I tried to add the command by mapping it manually, but with the deck in stem mode, the "learn" function does not respond, the only option left is to play the stem track by pressing the "play button" with the mouse directly on the screen, has anyone of you solved this problem in some way? Thanks

I have never encountered this problem.

Please provide more details: Mapping and controller used, TP4 version number. Screenshots of GUI and relevant sections of the mapping in controller manager and/or upload of TSI. Is this happening with all stem files and on all 4 decks?

I use a Pioneer DDJ-ERGO controller with Traktofr Pro 4 version 4.507. When a stem track is loaded into the deck, the deck "transforms" from "track deck" to "stem deck," and the play command from the controller stops responding. I can only play the track using the mouse on my Mac's screen. Even trying to manually remap using the "learn" function, there is no "add in" option in "Stem deck." Following the procedure with "common deck," both by selecting the "Pioneer DDJ-ERGO" device in the drop-down menu and by assigning the MIDI input and output ports to the same device, is available.
The only option available is from the "Preferences>Controller Manager>Add in>Common Deck" menu, but pressing the "Play" button with the learn function enabled does not detect anything. My idea is that since it's an old controller, Native hasn't released a specific mapping file, but that there is a bug that prevents this command from being read on a dedicated bus

Dis could be a duplicate mapping or issue with Deck Flavor modifier. Play command has never stopped working for anyone :)
