Massive stuck in demo mode

I have a new licence for Massive and have installed it on a completely new PC. It shows up as Massive 1.7.0 in Native Access (not a demo). However, every time I open it through Native Access, it gets stuck in demo mode. When I try to validate it, Native Access opens and the vst closes without any difference, which is frustrating. It is still stuck in demo mode. I have tried eradicating every instance of massive from the pc, all dll files and reinstalled it, followed the tutorial for different versions, nothing works.

Has anyone done anything different to get this to work?

If that doesn't work out, I see that you registered a Massive for Focusrite Group, I'm wondering if there could be an issue here (on our side). Please get in touch with our support here so they can work it out: https://support.native-instruments.com/support/home
