Ticket number 840725 bought mk3 off ebay with registration card but cant contact first owner

I bought my Mk3 off eBay basically brand new but i cant register or get in contact with first owner. So I bought the upgrade Maschine 3 software thinking it was the right one so i went back bought the full version thinking i was good. And now it says demo mode when i go to open Maschine 3 can somebody help escalate my ticket ?

Only NI forum Customer Care can 'escalate' tickets. And at the moment then there appear to be general delays on ticket processing and generally then NI appear to be asking for your patience. So you should not expect NI Customer care to escalate your ticket if only a few days old.

Please check with NI Support if they could possibly refund you any software that you do not need.
