403 Firbidden - Can’t go trough subscription page for 360

Having issue with getting a 360 plus subscription because of 403 Forbidden error. Tried different browsers and even on my phone with mobile data on instead of wifi and nothing works… also delete cache from browser. Also tried in safari and chrome.

There is a solution for this other than the ones I’ve tried?

I get the same here, so looks like it's an NI issue rather than user. @Jeremy_NI could you pass this to the web team please? The error happens after clicking "Manage subscriptions"

Just tried it again and it's working ok now. Could have been a temporary glitch, or something inMusic have fixed already I guess.

@Yza I've reached out to the responsible team. They checked and there is nothing wrong on our end, it looks more like a browser issue. Can you give it a try again and let us know if you still experience that? Thanks in advance.

@Jeremy_NI I made a purchase on my NI 360 essentials page. My subscription had cancelled so I paid to reactivate. My account was charged but not reflecting the payment on the Ni billing info and my 360 essentials all there but still showing cancelled. I put in a request through the ai "riff" and so far nothing. still pending since 08/21/26. Can someone help?
