Is it normal that my account Products and Transfer Page return empty with 404

Using chrome on w11, when I open my Products and licenses I get an empty list with message 'Failed to load products: 404'.
And when I select Manage my products and try See licenses status, i get same 404 error.
I was having a transfer going on and find noway to read the transfer ID.
I have opened a ticket to InMusic but fear it could take very long.

It seems that some users here succeed in listing their products and transfers , am I missing something ?

If , when you have problems with web pages then you should always double check if other popular browsers are working or not. Also you should use a browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted , and with no old cache to drag.

My suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Vivaldi browser, Chrome and Opera browser , depending on what you do not usually use) . The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted.

For what it is worth then I just checked on on my own account (using FireFox) and the 'Manage My Licenses' opens just fine. Of course then that does not exclude a problem with your account !
