Riff virtual chat not showing text box

I wanted to start a support ticket for Guitar Rig 7 Pro but I can't even write the request on the virtual chat: the text box does not appear and i tried both on Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, for Android , on smartphone.

From what you see on the header is a problem coming from the new company InMusic , starting badly it seems to me ...

@Native support , how do I get technical assistance then and open a ticket?

update: i can see the text box and chat by Firefox on Windows.

Apparently, on Android there isn't enough space at the bottom to display the line where you can type requests. However, I didn't change font size or anything similar on my smartphone's system. So, Firefox should display a default font size like on other sites/chats. While similar problems can be solved on certain sites by temporarily setting the browser view to desktop, in this case the chat didn't load at all, only the smartphone view.

Checked again with several browsers and on iPhone, just to be sure, and it's fully functional. Have you tried incognito mode? Do you have any adblockers active?

The link is right.

I don't have any ad blocker on Firefox , i saw the only extension active is a password manager Bit Warden and i momentarily disable it. I also tried the incognito mode but no text box appears to start the chat. On Opera Mini it even causes the browser to crash. Have you tried only on IOS or also on Android?

Hi Jeremy , yes I'm following a generic problem resolution article which is usually in case of Guitar rig crash. In my case it is a random problem of not saving Presets noticed on the IR Cab Loader module. This on the PC with Windows 10, while if I remember correctly several months ago with these steps I solved on the notebook (Windows 11) with which I play live, a malfunction that prevented me, unlike the installation on the PC, to expand the macro buttons from 8 to 16, in that case it crashed Guitar Rig ...
