Native Access and Izotope - What do I do about accounts now?

Hi,

Im running iZotope ProdSuite 4.1 on Ventura on my iMac. Last time I used them in Logic, some months ago, as usual, everything was working fine.

Two questions

Late last year I merged my iZo and NI accounts, but I havent needed to login to my account to see how iZo Product showed or not. I'd seen all sorts of issues of Products not showing up etc. Recently I checked by going directly to my NI account (not through NA) and saw that said Product is listed but not registered. As I said they all work so why is it no longer registered? Ive just now been through my account via iZo site and its the same. What should I do to make them show up as registered?

Now that NI is no longer owner of iZo what do I need to do to have it separated from NI?

Im sure many of you have been thru this so would appreciate what you did to handle it or any tips you've got. Thx

Hey @Jojo123 For now the accounts stay the same. If there are changes to that, customers will be notified well in advance.

Now, regarding issues with Izo products. If you bought or installed an Izotop product through Native Access you should get in touch with NI's support: https://support.native-instruments.com/support/home

If you are installing with Izotope's portal or have issues with your Izotope account or using one of their plug-ins then you should get in touch with Izo's support: https://support.izotope.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

And don't worry, NI and Izo are still in contact on these topics until everything is separated again.
