Native Access 3.25.2 Failed to install Preview on Mac Tahoe 26.6.1

Hi, I have a problem with Preview since I moved all my music libraries on an external SSD.

All the plugins run well except Preview. Native Access :

failed to repair it (manually or globally,
failed to reinstall it

I did every steps suggested at:

nothing work !

Native Access, NI HArdwareAgent and NKT Daemon have full access to the disks. (Uncheked, then checked two times + rebooted)

I copied back the NBPL directory to the default location on /Users/Shared/ NBPL

Native Access failed also.

Does any of you experienced that issue ?

sorry for the delay of my reply

SDD format is APFS, I finally reboot a couple of times, reintalled some librairies in the users/shared directory and now it run well.

@Gerry2024 What's the format of the external hard drive? On Mac it should be APFS: https://support.native-instruments.com/support/solutions/articles/69000879327-notes-on-hard-drive-formats-on-mac-computers

Try renaming "NBPL" folder to "Previews".
