Massive interface blackout

Question

I'm having repeatedly this problem when I load Massive (not Massive X) into Komplete Kontrol (3.3.4).

I can load the instrument and tweak it correctly, but once I close the instance of the plugin (to tweak other tracks) and come back, the interface is totally black and I can't see the controls anymore.

This just happens with this instrument (Massive), not any else. It happens to me in diferent computers and diferent versions of macOS and Logic Pro.

That's what i'm using right now:

Komplete Kontrol 3.3.4

Massive 1.7.0

Logic Pro 10.7.9

MacOS Sequoia 15.0

Has anyone experienced this??

I completely understand your attitude with respect to versions for reasons of compatibility.    However newer version often includes fix of known problems.   Anyway , if you think that an earlier version of Massive will help then you can try getting one from Account downloads .   Though I am not sure what version of Massive will run with your OS and hardware :  Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS

I'm in that versions because of compatibility with other computers. These versions work well and are stable in all of the devices of my team.

Also, working with many plugin brands, different softwares etc, makes hard to find stability. So when everything is working okay, I try not to keep updating constantly. Otherwise I end up eating a lot of time amending things that where working before I updated.

Massive is precisely a old synht (1.7.0 is the last version for long time, I believe) and it is the only one that has this behavior with the interface. The synth keep working but I cannot visually tweak things anymore untill I load the plugin fresh new (then I loose the adjustments I've done).

Is this an error or are you not using latest version of Komplete kontrol ?  (3.5.4)

Logic Pro 10.7.9

Your version of Logic Pro sound as 'old' (might not be supported by NI anymore (?))

mac OS Sequoia 15.0

Google claims that using a not updated version of OS 15 can also give problems (?)
