Komplete Kontrol S61 MK3 entitlement question for returned products

Hey guys, I bought an S61 MK3 off Amazon (seller: Sweetwater) and tried it for exactly two days before deciding I would rather just buy the S88 for the fatar keybed.

It's on its way back right now but wanted to ask what the procedure is to get the S61 Mk3 entitlements off of my account. I don't want to have the serial attached to my account since I'm sending it back and getting the S88.

Please contact N.I. Support and ask them to remove keyboard and "entitlements" from your account.

Btw the support message page on ni.com is giving a 404.

You must have been using the link to support from before a recent update , this is the link to contact N.I. Support .

Appreciate it, but I actually came from that site 😂

The problem is that it seems the support has been replaced by an AI bot. And it tells me it's not authorized to remove the entitlement from my account. Then it points me to the defunct (404) support page.

I'm being sent in an infinite loop!! So I posted on these forums. Hopefully NI employee will see and advise.

Then do not click the link and instead tell the bot that it's suggestion did not help and ask it to connect you with a human. (Try circumventing the bot) .

If necessary we can ask NI Customer Care to help you make a ticket when here again (hopefully Wednesday standard European work hours ) .

Thanks, that worked; the bot sent it off to inmusic which I guess is the zendesk replacement.

By the way , if you have the link that the bot gave you and which did not work , e.g. in your browser history , then could you please tell what was link ? Then I will forward it to NI to be fixed.

If the forum will not let you post links then please try to make it the closest that do not look like a link 🙂
