When I plug in USB for komplete kontrol a49 lights up and then fades out. I've alternated between a USB hub and a direct USB connection with the same result, how do I revive the keyboard? :(

Ultimate test to check if it's a hardware failure is to try it on a different computer. If behavious it's the same, then it's most likely a hardware defect and you should get in touch with our support here: https://support.native-instruments.com/support/home
