Major Problems in Komplete Kontrol on 2nd Computer

Question

i dont know if i have komplete kontrol installed correctly into my main daw which is ableton live…….. i just got a new computer and on my previous computer it was behaving much better……

* now the parts of it like "ethereal earth" and "hybrid keys" wont stay open they flip around and always tend to flip into "massive" and i cant keep "etheral earth" open because it is always turning into "massive"…… 
* also the scroll bar that makes the page go up and down through the sounds is often missing so i cant scroll like when i try to hover over the scroll bar it dissappears……. 
* then when i try to open a sound what happens is there is a pop up and i would like to take a screenshot of this pop up but screenshots also seem to not work on this computer but it says 
* also when trying to open a sound i get a pop up that says "loading issue, plugin not found, please open the standalone applicaion, to rescan or scan manually in the plugin preferences" what does this mean? i do not understand what to do………

PLS HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@undertheesea Is it only with the Komplete Kontrol appliucation or do you have a Komplete Kontrol keyboard as well? Have you alsi installed all the other apps and plugins? Like Kontakt for example?

If it's only the app/plug-in, please try to apply these steps:

Sounds to me as you need  N.I. Support to help decipher what is your problem but I can also ask if @Jeremy_NI  , can you decipher this ?

…..i did not copy anything at all from the old set up, ****you are allowed to install komplete kontrol on 2 computers*** i just downloaded it again after logging in……. (i am using windows 11 on both computers, as well ableton live 12 on both computers)…
