To use iLok USB dongle then you need to buy an iLpk USB dongle from a dealer (inside USA and Canada) — (Outside USA and Canada)

There is also a third party Youtube video here but I recommend the above web pages instead.

Here is how you do ,
You need your iZotope Ozone 9 Element Serial number:
you need an iZotope account and iZotope Product Portal
You need an iLok account and to use iLok USB dongle an iLok USB dongle !

To put your iZotope Ozone 9 Element on iLok USB please do the following :
log in to your iZotope Product Portal
in top right of product portal there is an add serial , add the serial there
When you do that then you get the choice to activate the software on iLok
Then choose iLok and in iLok License Manager chose to deposit on your iLok USB dongle
P.S.
If you already activated product in iZotope Product Portal then I am not sure if you can move the license to iLok , but if you can then you most likely need to first de-authorize software on the computer and then check if you can re-authorize on the iLok . If that doesn't help then I advice contacting iZotope Support !
