Hello, I wanted to buy Komplete Ultimate 26, but it isn't working.Has this ever happened to you?
since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser , depending on what you do not usually use)
The suggested browsers are what I expect will work if having never been installed before on the computer and then used as is with no extensions and all cookies accepted.

Also please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.
What exactly do you mean by : "it isn't working"? Could be many reasons.
A screencap would be appreciated.

Well judging by the message - the problem is your payment method - not your browser. But I have heard of all sorts of issues with Safari
I buy everything online, whether it's hardware or software, with my bank card, and I've never had a problem. I sent a message support.

Have never seen anything but a credit card work for NI. And everywhere else.
Here in Canada - there is no concept of using any bank card for any purchase.
It's a brand name CC (Visa/Mastercard) or nothing.
EastWest ,uvi , is great... I bought Universal Audio, and it's great too. Everything went smoothly. My card is a Visa.
So, what should I do? Should I buy it at a music store?
You can buy from external source if it fits your purpose , e.g. Thomann
Or contact N.I. Support and have them help fix whatever is your NI shop problem.

No problem for me using a bank card (aka debit card) here in the UK. It's the only type of card I have, so I use it for everything - including purchases from the NI web site.
Must be a country by country thing. VP
