need help changing my email /account support

i need help with my official account.my registered email is a yahooaccount,but i cannot receive the password reset emails there,and i have lost access to my native access

i have opened a support ticket regarding this issue. iam postingfrom this new temporary gmail acount xxxxx@gmail.com just to get in touch with you

could a moderator please check my case and help me update my email adress or fix the password reset issue?

I've blanked out your email, we don't advise posting them in the forums.

Did you open your support request on your new email or the old one? You need to do it on your new email address, be sure to reply to any AI generated responses (usually from a bot called Jonas). If you've not had a reply after a few days post the ticket number here and @Jeremy_NI might be able to take a look when he's next around. Be aware NI support don't work over the weekend, plus there's a longer delay than usual due to the inMusic merger.
