Wrong product description in Berlin Percussion

Hello.

Ariel from Orchestral Tools support here.

I just received a ticket from a user that he bought Berlin percussion for Kontakt and felt misled since it states that it contains Timpani.

The Kontakt version of Berlin percussion does not contain Timpani. It was offered as an expansion and was discontinued several years ago.

Only the SINE version contains Timpani.

Could you kindly help me correct this information?

Not quite sure what you expect us to do here. You should get your people to sort out your web page, where this is far from clear.

Extraordinary that a firm called Orchestral Tools produces an instrument called Berlin Percussion which doesn't include timps?! I hope you gave the fellow a free upgrade.
