Trying to wrap my head around the LED Output options, specifically for the Semitone up/down controller.
What I have: mapped to buttons of the Novation Dicer to Semitone up/down increase and decrease respectivaly.
What I want: make the respectiv buttons on the Dicer increase LED brightness according to what state the Semitone up/down controller is in. E.g. light up both buttons half when controller is +/- 0, then increase LED brightness on one button when semitones go up, while decreasing LEDs on the other button at the same time…
I don't understand what states the controller range in the LED options can be in. Logically it would have 25 states (-12 → 0 → +12). Apparently it can only have 3 (-1 → 0 → 1).
Is what I want even achievable?
Is there any kind of reference, which Traktor controller has what controller range in the LED options? I can't find any specifics in the manual.
I know the MIDI values of the various colors of the Dicer. E.g. 32 to 63 is the color orange from off to full brightness…
