3+ Weeks After Purchase I Still Haven't Received The Product As Described

On June 12th I purchase the 8dio Claire Bundle from the Partner sale. The description clearly states 8 instruments, including 2 solo oboes (this mirrors the Claire woodwinds bundle on 8dio's own website). However, when I received the product it only includes 7 instruments (1 solo oboe) as the 8dioboe is missing, though it is highlighted in all of the product pictures on the NI Partner sale website.

On June 12th I also submitted a support ticket (4905539), but my support rep hasn't been able to receive the information needed

internally to resolve the issue.

Can someone please assist with escalating this ticket?

@kevinjtee Sorry for the lack of response, it took a little while to get some clarity on this. This was the rather surprising reply from 8Dio:" 8Dioboe is not a part of the Claire bundle. We have different oboes and the Claire oboe is the only one a part of that bundle."

They hadn't communicated this to us before and they also removed it from the bundle on their website: https://8dio.com/products/claire-woodwinds?variant=44025247334600

Let us know if you wish to get a refund for the whole product or swap it with another product.

Thanks, @Jeremy_NI for the response. The response from 8Dio is surprising and disappointing. Looks like they haven't cleaned up the language yet on the actual 8Dioboe webpage as it states "Also Available in the Claire Woodwinds Series Bundle".

I'll go ahead and keep the collection, though feels like the positioning of the product bundle was misleading.
