Maschine + (nor Maschine Mikro) not recognized in controller mode with Maschine 3

Hi,

I've been working with Maschine+ for 2 years. I hadn't used it since the release of the new Maschine 3 version. Recently, I decided to get back to it and realized that after completing all the upgrades on both my Maschine+ and my computer, the M+ in controller mode is recognized neither by Maschine 3 nor Maschine 2. I also tried plugging in my old Maschine Mikro, and it isn't recognized either...

I've already contacted NI support. They tried to help, but nothing is working so far.

Here is what I have already done:

* Upgraded all Maschine and M+ drivers and applications.
* Upgraded Windows 11.
* Tried the "system-reset-v2.nut" file that support sent me.
* Erased all Maschine applications and reinstalled them.

Unfortunately, nothing is working…

Has anyone found a solution?

I'm lost and very frustrated, as you can imagine…

Yes, I tried 3 different cables…

I checked the Windows services and there was no NIHardwareService running, as mentioned in other posts.

Two days ago, I reinstalled Maschine 2 but it wasn't working. Today, I checked Native Access and it prompted me with a Maschine 2 update. I installed it and guess what? NIHardwareService is now present and Maschine+ is recognized!! Hallelujah!!

You've not mentioned the USB cable. Have you tried changing that? If you used the same one when connecting the Maschine+ and the Mikro, and neither work……..
