The new cdj1500x is close to what I would imagine a decent single deck (dual layer) traktor controller should look like. Hotcues, loop encoder (shift for beat jump - although AT stupidly doesn't have this feature on a physical control), jog wheel, nice quality screen. It is simple, clean and would be very popular at the right price point. What is the appetite for a controller like this in the traktor community? I used to own the D2s and the screen, while small, was brilliant on the controller, I love the x1 for a compact setup, but something closer to the 'standard' setup the pio-bros love, would be great. I highly doubt we'll ever see HID on it or the 3000x (which is insanely over priced IMO).
