Will Noire run to its full capacity on Kontakt 8 Player, as opposed to the full version of Kontakt?
Noire works just fine under Kontakt Player.
But if you are really using Mac OS Monterey - you will need to consider an upgrade - the latest K 8 Player has new requirements:

I meant will all the settings and features work with Kontakt Player. I got a message at one point that said, “This is the free Kontakt Player—this library requires the full version of Kontakt.”
There is some limitations to what you can do using the Kontakt Player version , e.g. then you can not use the Instrument Editor for the libraries that support that. Please see here for difference between Player and Full version . (link corrected as per mykejb suggestion)

I don't know what you mean with respect to 'full capacity' but all NI's own Kontakt library is 'licensed' libraries and licensed libraries can be used with Kontakt Player including Noire !.
