Remove maschine 3.0 entirely from my M+, Library, and ACCOUNT

Question

I Use the Mplus as a center hub for my live performance and v3 has ruined the stability and performance. It is laggy, slower to start, slower to shutdown, but the MOST unacceptable is it has been UNSTABLE for me with lock ups and crashes. I HATE Maschine 3 on the Plus, SOOOOO much.

I want it gone from my system & Account, I dont even want my money back I just want to Factory reset Mplus and bring it back to version 2.x

please help.

I tried to do a factory reset to downgrade Maschine+ and it didn't work for me, I now have to use it with my laptop because it's too unreliable in stand alone (this still doesn't fix the main bug I'm dealing with). I've also tried to get support to help me downgrade the stand alone and they have told me that that is impossible. Not very impressed by the whole situation, I used to be a huge Maschine fan, but that has been shaken by my primary workflow being broken on the device for over a year.

@Jeremy_NI I ABSOLUTELY NEED TO REMOVE MASCHINE 3.x and System version 2.x, this has RUINED my live show.
