Hi everyone. Last March I purchased Maschine+ and immediately ran into a problem.
When selecting available libraries, a list of 18 instruments or expansions or whatever appears, namely: Aquarius Earth, Bachyard Jams, Chromatic Fire, Deep Matter, Kontakt 8 Player, Kontakt Factory Selection 2, Lilac Glare, Maschine Central, Mother Board, Neo Boogie, Opaline Drift, Replika, Retro Maschine Mk2, Solar Breeze, Solid Bus Comp Fx, Supercharger, True School, Velvet Lounge.
From March until now, all attempts to install them have been unsuccessful. The downloads are incredibly slow, leaving Maschine on for days or nights. But then they get stuck, fail, or report errors. When it seems like at least one instrument is downloading successfully, it quickly fails when another expansion starts downloading. I've replaced several microSD cards. Currently, Maschine+ uses a SanDisk 256GB Extreme Go, SDXC, UHS-I, V30, Class 10, U3 card. I bought it directly from SanDisk, so it's authentic. I believe it's one of the best cards out there. Thinking the WiFi might be unstable, I purchased an excellent USB/Ethernet adapter, which provides a secure and fast wired connection. I followed various tutorials, formatted the card several times, and factory reset it. I attempted to download the 18 tools twice by connecting Maschine to my PC and Native Access, setting the Maschine microSD card as the Content Location. Initially, it seemed like some of the installations were successful. But shortly after, Native Access went into "red alert," suggested a "retry," and ultimately rejected the microSD card, asking me to choose a different destination for the Content Location. I've been trying to resolve this situation for three months, obviously when I had time. This situation is frustrating. I've already contacted support, but they suggested some steps I've already attempted, such as deleting all the .nipkg and .aria2 files related to the failed installation, but I've never found any .nipkg and .aria2 files I could delete from the SD card. Maschine+ was a significant expense for me. I really hope you can help me and, above all, that there's a solution. Thank you so much to anyone who can help.
