Can't create new preset

Question

Hi everyone,

I'm having a very strange issue with Guitar Rig 7. I can't create or save new presets.

What's odd is that after uninstalling and reinstalling Guitar Rig 7, I was able to create presets again. However, about 30 minutes later, the problem came back and I could no longer create new presets.

Existing presets work, but creating or saving new ones seems to fail. There are no obvious error messages.

Has anyone experienced this before? Could it be a permissions issue, database issue, Native Access problem, or something else?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Are you using free GR7 Player version or paid full GR7 Pro ?     I have not been able to find anything about any such limitation to Player version but I wouldn't be surprised if it was so.

Though I found an external sites that sells presets that writes : "Presets can only be imported to Guitar Rig Pro software version. Guitar Rig Player does not allow to import external presets."
