MIDI changes Komplete Kontrol

I have experienced some recent changes with Windows 11 updates that affect MIDI integration from Komplete Kontrol MK2 into Pro Tools 12.4. For example, the loss of KompleteKontrolDAW in ProTools 12.4

After reinstallation of Komplete Kontrol and various resetting of User Folders as described in many posts, this did nothing.

Some changes in MIDI updates including KSA transport, NI service etc are being worked on.

In the meantime, a workaround is the reinstall the BOME Midi Driver from

https://www.bome.com/products/bmidi

This resolved the issue, for now.

Can you please describe exactly what problems you are experiencing? Do you have any inMusic drivers installed, for example from Akai or M-Audio? Or MIDI drivers from any other companies? The new Windows MIDI changes should make all of those obsolete and uninstalling is usually the best course of action.
