Who asking to cancel/To free a Hardware from my acount :
Who should I ask to release the equipment from my account so that the buyer can add the serial number to their Native Access account?

You transfer serials , including hardware , by making a License Transfer ID and giving that to the buyer so that they can use that on their account. You can see how to do that by going to the page linked to by PK The DJ in the above (Buying or Selling a Native Instruments Product Second-Hand) .
