Pattern Player gives no output / audio?

Hi there, I've been using Traktor for over a decade but use the pattern player for the first time. Whatever I do, i get no audio from the pattern player. The volume is halfway, the sequence is playing, I see the sequence playing on my MX2, but it gives no audio, no matter which kit i pick. The decks play normally and give main output, but the pattern player does nothing. Any ideas? This was a fresh install on MacOS.

Like FX Units, Pattern Player has to be routed through a deck. This will also give you additional controls, like equalizers, Mixer FX etc. You can route it through a deck that you are not using for track play.

Ah you need to activate the corresponding FX channel (1 or 2) for it!
