My Komplete Control A61 piano is malfunctioning; can you help me find a solution?

My synthesizer is malfunctioning in my DAW (Logic Pro). During recording and playback, it produces sounds in different keys, like an out-of-tune piano. I'm an experienced pianist and have a very good grasp of chords and keys. I initially thought the problem was with the cable, so I replaced it, but the problem persists.I would also like to point out that now, when the synthesizer is turned on, all the indicator lights no longer illuminate. The small screen is also off. Could you please help me find a solution?

Also then you refer to the NI Komplete Komtrol A61 Midi controller keyboard as 'piano' and as 'Synthesizer'. However then to find out what is your keyboard problem then we need to define things a bit.

The NI Kontrol A61 is a Midi controller. It does not make any sounds at all by itself. Being a Midi controller it is not a Piano and not a Synthesizer. It is a Midi controller. A Midi controller sends Midi information which your computer software use to determine what the software should play.

Unless that the keyboard is somehow broken then it is either a problem of you having loaded a wrong Midi template into the keyboard or there is some setting in your DAW or software that is wrong.

Unless that you have the Komplete Kontrol app opened on your DAW track then the keyboard will be in Midi mode and will only function in pure Midi mode , to use it with Komplete Kontrol software then the Komplete Kontrol software must be loaded on your active DAW track !

Rather than using the keyboard in the DAW where you have the problem then instead try closing your DAW and then instead open the Komplete Kontrol standalone app. If that does not work then try uninstalling the Komplete Kontrol app , reboot computer , and then reinstall the Komplete Kontrol app using latest version of Native Access for your OS . Then open the Komplete Kontrol standalone app and setup the Audio and Midi again.

The try using the standalone Komplete Kontrol app again to see how that works.

Also then ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

If using Sequoia/Tahoe then if prompted to do so then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network (Ref. : How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

If the keyboard in general do not turn on then the problem could be a broken keyboard.

I forgot , since you are on Mac then you can also try and remove keyboard from Midi Studio and add it again : My USB MIDI Device isn't working on my Mac and deleting unused midi device out of audio midi setup

First thing to check is what the keyboard is sending. You can use a MIDI monitor like this one for that - https://www.snoize.com/MIDIMonitor/

That will tell you if the keyboard is sending the correct notes.
