I purchased RX-11 suite in the last few months, Is the upgrade from RX 11 to RX 12 free now that its available? OR Is a repurchase required?
RX 11 to RX 12 is an update.
To find you best Update options then you need to contact N.I. Support and ask them .
Also please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.

No such thing as a free upgrade for RX. There may have been a very short grace period if you purchased RX 11 like a week or two before RX 12 dropped but details on when these things occur are scarce. VP
