@Tmackay808 If you created a new account and want to transfer products from your old account it's not the way to go, you should get in touch with our support so they can merge your accounts. This is where to get in touch: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
In your case (if I understand correctly both accounts belongs to you and no selling to someone else is involved) I think transferring licenses is not the best option.
the best way to achieve what you want would be to contact support and ask them to merge the 2 accounts in one
