I recently purchased a Neutron 5 upgrade from the NI website and received an invoice.
The invoice shows that Canadian taxes were charged. However, the invoice does not show Native Instruments’ Canadian tax registration numbers.
This is a problem for me because my employer requires these numbers in order to reimburse my purchase. They need to verify that the GST and QST were charged under valid Canadian and Québec tax registrations.
What I need is:
- Native Instruments’ GST/HST registration number
- Native Instruments’ Québec QST registration number
I have already contacted support, but the AI-generated replies I received seem generic and do not directly answer this specific question, and I have no idea if and when my problem will be addressed. I would be very grateful if someone from Native Instruments, or another Canadian customer who has dealt with this, could help clarify where to find these numbers or how to obtain a corrected invoice.
This is time-sensitive because my deadline to submit the invoice for reimbursement is Monday.
For reference, the seller shown on my invoice is Native Instruments North America, Inc.
