Found that Pick Nylon and Pick Acoustic can't be loaded into my kontakt 7，it said that my kontakt version is too old，is this normal???
A few months ago we had to update our installer technology for all products. That's why you can't find older installers for some products.
You can find some of the old installers or zipped libraries, if this doesn't help in your case, then please reach out to our support, they can guide you to the correct version and installation process.

Yes. Kontakt evolves and so do libraries eventually. Always check the Release Notes of a product before updating said product.
If you need a version that is working with your Kontakt version, visit the NI Download Manager (How to use?).
As written by Monochrome then some some libraries gets updated after release , and those that is updated after release will then have an existing older version then you can find as downloads on the Account downloads page. To use these downloads then please download the library from Account downloads , then uninstall the too new version and install the older version that you downloaded.
The confusing part here is that there is supposed to be more versions for downloads if both a new and an old version exists but in this case then there only exists one version to download from Account downloads but I gather that that would then have to be the old version that should work for you. Please notice though that 'Picked Acoustic' says to require at least Kontakt version 7.6 , 'Picked Nylon' says in shop only to require Kontakt 6.6 .
@Jeremy_NI , is this intended that only one version exists in the account downloads ?
