How Do I Adjust Pitch Bend Range in Kontakt 8?

Question

I realize that some VSTs made for Kontakt don't necessarily allow this, but in general, how do I change the PB range in Kontakt 8?

I am working with the OddSound MTS-ESP Suite, which allows for microtunings, and in order for the tunings to sound their best, it is necessary for the mod wheel and the VST match exactly.
