Several presets do not work - such as:
Melodic Techno Bass: Analog Player, Kentra, Punch Time
All error with: Error Loading Preset Preset is not licensed.
There was an issue a few weeks ago and the expansions in question were fixed, we would recommend to reinstall thse. Let us know if that fixed it.
Also seeing this with Synthwave Leads: Aerobic Circle, Blade Run, Bold PWM, Bulletproof, Business Call, Ceramic Blade, Cross Anima, Dusty Device, Fluttermutter, Ghost Notes, Glowing Ember, Joy Console, Laser Cloud, Last Dance, Mechanical Nightmare, Miami Bell, Neon Thunder, Reso Worm, Sunburst City, and Wave Rider all error with Preset is not licensed error.
@Jeremy_NI , I tried reinstalling MassiveX as well as all of the expansions and the ones specifically listed above still error with Preset is not licensed error. But it's only specific presets.
We didn't get similar reports after the fix. Can you tell us which presets from which expansions exactly so we can double check?
You could also try resetting the database of Massive X, as explained in this article: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013992417-My-Massive-X-Browser-is-Missing-Presets
@Jeremy_NI ,
These: Melodic Techno Bass: Analog Player, Kentra, Punch Time, Also seeing this with Synthwave Leads: Aerobic Circle, Blade Run, Bold PWM, Bulletproof, Business Call, Ceramic Blade, Cross Anima, Dusty Device, Fluttermutter, Ghost Notes, Glowing Ember, Joy Console, Laser Cloud, Last Dance, Mechanical Nightmare, Miami Bell, Neon Thunder, Reso Worm, Sunburst City, and Wave Rider all error with Preset is not licensed error.
And yes I deleted the Library → Application Support → Native Instruments → MassiveX folder which I saw rebuilt the database and, same exact problem.
Out of interest I did try recently on my Windows 11 PC (Massive X hosted in Komplete Kontrol) and the few I tried from your list all loaded and worked.
What are you using to host Massive X?
@behemuthm I couldn't reproduce the issue on my system but I have the full Massive X and it seems you only have the Player version (which should work!). Trying to get more info on the topic.
@behemuthm The Synths team got back to me, they found the cause of the issue and there will be updates soon to fix it.
Soon is now!
@behemuthm PK is right, this was fixed and the updates are waiting for you in Native Access.
