RX12 Advanced opens, then after 10seconds stops responding

I open RX12 Advanced from the Native Access window. It opens, then in about 10seconds shows the "not responding" message.

Then Microsoft opens a window that says the application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly. Please contact the application's support team.

So far, nothing from Native Instruments.

NI Support do not work on weekends or holidays (Mon day is a holiday in Germany).

Also please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.

Have you tried uninstalling RX12 then reboot and then re-install ?

Else also try repairing and updating all your MS VC++
