How do I get rid of this error and start being able to use spitfire symphony orchestra again?

I dont' know what happened, but I can't click on new instruments because whenever I click on the spitfire symphony orchestra (sso) folder this pop up message comes up. I paid a lot of money for this and I have a score for a short film I need to write so this is really bad timing. Can someone help me please resolve this?

Dear OP, I don't have it, but I'm aware of several different ways Spitfire Orchestrea can be installed.

If you bought it by way of UAD (Universal-Audio), then it's going to be installed by UAD-Connect.  And then there's the "Luna Only" version which (as I read it) is designed for UAD's Luna DAW.  I don't know how that works, or even if it works with Kontakt or with other DAWs.  Oh, and I don't know if there's a VST component for it too or not.

So my advice is to first ensure that you're installing a version of Spitfire that actually IS supported by Native Instruments.  If it's from another vendor, then go there for support from them.

Have you checked how the library appear in latest version of Native Access for your OS ?  (if it needs repair or something ?).

When library appears OK in Native Access then try reinitialize the KONTAKT Database  (remember to run Kontakt standalone once prior to use in the DAW).

Also then ALL NI apps and DAW including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

and disks must be of correct format (APFS) : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

If using Sequoia/Tahoe then if prompted to do so then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network  (Ref. : How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)
