Cannot login to my account as someone changed the email associated with the account

Question

Someone, whom I did not authorize, changed the email associated with my account. I can neither login or post under my original account, so I'm posting this under a newly registered account. The ticket number I submitted is under #4892594, which might not help because my account it no longer associated with the original email (even though I put my original email in the ticket). Please assist - thank you!

Jeremy_NI will not be back before next week , and since Monday is a public holiday in Germany then he most likely will not be back before Tuesday or later…

If you have already opened a ticket and you got a response then please do not open more tickets .

But please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also

valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.

Hi @Jeremy_NI. I'm also having the exact same issue - someone (whom I did not authorize) changed the email associated with my account. I'm using a newly created account to reply to this discussion post, but having submitted a ticket, I think any support will not go to my original email, similar to James. Please help! Thank you!

Hi @Jeremy_NI, I'm having the same issue too! I'm reaching out here under a different email because the email associated with my account got changed to a different email, so I can't login or access my account (nor can I write post any discussions / input any tickets)! Please help - I also need to switch my email back and set up some extra security. Thank you!
