I just bought two plug-ins from a group called BEATSURFING called RANDOM and RANDOM METAL to generate randomized synth and metallic sounds. I got in contact with them before purchasing to confirm they're compatible with Maschine 3. After purchasing the Plug-Ins they're not responding to my emails, DMs, or comments on instagram and their support chat box on their site doesn't seem to be working. They're VST3 which should be compatible. When I go to preferences and look through my plug-ins they're there and I've rescanned and added them. I can't figure out how to open either in Maschine 3 and all tutorials I can find online are for Maschine 1 & 2, or the Maschine MK3 Controller. I'm only have Maschine Mikro MK3 so these tutorials on how to open them with the full MK3 controller's display aren't helpful at all. If anyone can send me a tutorial or some advice on how to open 3rd part plug-ins in Maschine 3 without the Maschine MK3 controller it would be a huge help. If I can't figure out how to use them within 12 days I'll just return the plug ins.
