No support on my product (still status "in progress")

Bought Spotlight: Ireland a week ago but the status is still "In progress"

Have made 7 tickets and tried to get in contact with support or someone. I get redirected to the same site over and over again. Does anyone else had the same problem and what was you solution?

Please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.

Anyway , we can ask if @Jeremy_NI could please look into the matter when he arrives Wednesday .
