S4 MK3 Jogwheel Jittering - Replacement?

Dear all,

I'm unsure if my S4 MK3 has a broken right Jogwheel.

In Turntable Mode, it's jittering back and forth rapidly. In Jog Mode, it doesn't react to nudging. The only thing (semi-)working is the top of the jogwheel, on contact it pauses the track.

Is there anything I can do myself to fix this or is a replacement needed?
