Greetings,
I don't play a piano, I write score in Musescore, export as midi, and then import midi in Logic. It automatically creates 2 software instrument tracks mirthmidi regions in them (one for left hand and one for right hand). So I add an instance of Contact with Grandeur on each track.
Now I'm thinking - that's probably not the way, probably both midi (hands) should trigger a single instance of Grandeur. Question even not about higher cpu usage. But if those are 2 different instruments, probably some bad thing happen to sound? I don't know - frequency masking, double resonating or something like that.
Please advise - should I not worry about it and it's a normal way for virtual piano? Or I should use one instance of a visualpiano? And if yes, then how? I tried to figure out how I can route 2 tracks to 1 instrument but didn't find any solution.
Thank in advance.
