Yeah, the list function is messed up. It has a spin function where you can use the + and - to go up or down in the values. But on the left where they show the entries, you can do a fast scroll with the mouse but pushing Up pulls the values Down. lol Pretty funny because there's nothing you can do about it. Try to fix it and the + pulls the values down then the mouse can push up and the values go up.
You can fix this manually yourself.
