Ozone eq corrects Tonal Balance

Hello. Mostly this happens: My mix conforms the genre within Tonal Balance Control (the plugin). Then I export a mixdown of it and run the analyser in Ozone in a new Cubase-project, specificly for mastering that track. I expect that the first eq in Ozone will have to nothing or just a bit. But it does correct; mostly 1 or 2 db shelving on low end and high end. But in the TBC-plugin I insert behind Ozone 12, the mix conforms the genre still (or should I say "again"?).  What is teh explanation for this, please?

Tonal Balance Control is a "static" reference—it just watches and tells you if you’re in the ballpark of a genre. Whereas Ozone Assistant is an "active" processor—it re-analyzes the audio from scratch and suggests a new "ideal" starting point based on its own internal logic.

Since Ozone’s targets are much more specific than TBC’s broad zones, it will almost always find a tiny 1 or 2 dB "improvement" to make, even if the mix is already technically balanced
