how can i get the latest version of kontakt 5 to load in my DAW

kontakt keeps loading in ableton and cakewalk as version 3.1.0.4 even though I have installed the latest version.I would greatly appreciate any help with this.

I am on a pc with windows 10,using ableton 9,7,7 and the latest version of cakewalk

Beg to differ, but the latest version of Kontakt is 6.7.1.

V5 was superceded in April of this year.

In CbB 2022.06 it works fine, fyi.

Yes I know the latest in kontakt 6 but I have not bought that and i still use kontakt 5,so even though I have installed the latest version of kontakt 5 an earlier version still loads thats the problem
