I have an iZotope Everything bundle from Jan 10, 2022, but not getting the update price...

Hi again, I purchased an iZotope Everything bundle crossgrade for $750 just 4 years ago (before iZotope was acquired by NI), but NI isn't giving me the Update price for the bundle now (should be $249 I think) — instead they want over $1000! How can I prove my purchase (I have the receipt with order number) in order to get the lower upgrade price?

Please contact N.I. Support they will help you get the update price.

Also please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.
