Will all of my current sounds, expansions, etc, work if I upgrade to Komplete 26 Standard? I see that a couple of expansions that I already own were not listed as included with the 26.

You own what you purchased, a "Komplete" bundle is just that, a bundle of content. From one release to the next NI will chop and change the content within so unlike the old days where each release built on adding more and more, now it drops some content and adds new stuff but whatever you had already owned you keep so nothing will disappear or stop working.
What JesterMgee wrote , as long as you keep having the older bundles that you bought on your account then you keep the software that you have in the bundles and buying updates only adds the the items from the new bundle to what you already have.
