Is there a grace period policy for upgrades as I upgraded to Music Production Suite 8.5 , a week before Music Production Suite 9 came out
Usually then NI never gives any very specific statements on things like that , but will say something like : 'you would have had to buy very close to the date'. But as far as I can see then NI treats all this on a case by case basis so you would have to contact N.I. Support (all) and ask if it is possible in your case.
Also please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help ,else the ticket will close.
