I've just installed the new libraries from Komplete 26 Ultimate. All is OK with a couple of exceptions * Relay is showing the same warning message ("Installation failed: you may need to grant full disk access" etc.) that was there for quite a few library items at the tail end of '25 and the start of '26, NI sorted those out after a month or so and hopefully they can do so here. Yes, I have granted full disk access and the problem is still there. * Lo-Fi Vibes has an "Add Product" button which then wants the location of the Lo-Fi Vibes folder - which doesn't exist. Lo-Fi Globe is there, but not Lo-Fi Vibes. Some excellent stuff in the latest edition, btw.

I had the Lo-fi Vibes issue too. It is installed - as part of Komplete 8, but it's not in the usual directory with the other content.

I managed to find it on my system, but I'm on Windows so the location wouldn't help you.

Ah I found it in another post:

The path for macOS is "/Library/Application Support/Native Instruments/Kontakt 8/Content/Presets/Lo-Fi Vibes"

I guess the real question here is: why doesn't Native Access know where it is?

Definitely a bit of a head scratcher as to why we'd be the ones hunting around for files and not NA but anyway - problem 2 solved.

I've just been sent an email asking if any of the answers resolves the question. The first has (thanks PK the DJ), the second hasn't.

I've just tried to install Relay and the same message is appearing. Given that every other NI library in K26U has installed successfully it's obviously something other than full disk access. As I said in my first post, this has distinct echoes of the problems NI had some months ago.

If you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.

I've just downloaded and installed it from HERE and it shows in Native Access.

Thanks again - unfortunately downloading and installing it from there also runs into problems. This one does have all the hallmarks of a permissions issue. If I ignore, there are repeated warnings.

Relay is showing up in Native Access - no problem there - but it won't install. The only one out of all the K26U problems with that problem.

Please do not post pictures of your serial numbers on the internet , I did an edit of your picture.

As for your issue then it is possible that NI forum Customer Care expert Jeremy_NI (also a Mac expert) will have a tip for you when he is back some time next week , otherwise then contact N.I. Support (if you already have a ticket on the issue then please do not open another)

Also please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.
